You can pay online during booking or on arrival at our facility.
Can I get a refund
We understand plans can change, so please double-check your booking details and parking location before confirming. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for bookings made in error or for arriving at the wrong location. As we prepare in advance for your arrival, refunds are not available within 48 hours of your booking start time.

How far are you from the cruise terminal?
We’re just minutes from the Brisbane Cruise Terminal, making your cruise experience effortless from the start.
How early should I arrive before my cruise?
We recommend arriving at least 30–45 minutes before your intended check-in time at the cruise terminal. We are open between 11:00am and 2:00pm for drop-off.
How do I get from your car park to the terminal?
We provide complimentary, convenient 2-way transfers directly between the Brisbane Cruise Terminal and our carpark facility for you and your family.
Will someone help me with my luggage?
Yes, our team is happy to assist with your luggage.
What happens if I return later than expected?
We monitor cruise schedules, but please inform us as soon as possible if there is a delay and we will do our best to accommodate your adjusted schedule.
Security & Vehicle Access
What security measures do you have in place?
Our facility is protected by 24/7 monitored security, high-definition cameras, and secure perimeter fencing.
Is my vehicle insured while parked?
While we provide secure parking with 24/7 monitored security, vehicle insurance remains the owner’s responsibility.
Can I access my vehicle while it’s parked?
We operate from 6:00am to 2:00pm on cruise days only. You will not be able to access your vehicle outside of these hours.
Is your car park undercover?
Currently, our parking is open-air but secured and monitored.
